Who is Michael Garrett?
Michael Garrett has edited over 2,500 book-length manuscripts, the vast majority of which were novels. Few editors, if any, can even come close to matching that impressive degree of experience.
He served as co-editor of the internationally successful thirteen-volume, optioned-for-television Hot Blood anthology series for Pocket Books and Kensington Publishing, and is also a published author. His novel, Keeper, sold out its initial print run and was optioned for a movie. It remains available in print, digital, and audio formats.
Michael was also a long-time Editorial Associate for the Writer’s Digest School and has taught hundreds of writing workshops around the U.S. He is credited as Stephen King's first editor in Mr. King's book On Writing: A Memoir of the Craft.
